I’m LaTonia Dean-Brown, and I’m an HR executive turned executive coach.

While I've spent my career in Human Resources, I believe that being HUMAN comes first.

And that ethos guides our work together. I genuinely care about helping people reach their fullest potential and fostering a culture of continuous growth.

I’ve worked in Human Resources at top Fortune 500 companies including Walmart, Target, QVC, and several startups. So, I’ve been in the room with executives and decision-makers enough times to know what they’re thinking and how they operate.

As a mother of four, I’ve struggled with work-life balance - wondering, “how do I find that right balance of climbing the corporate ladder and being there for my family?”

And often getting it wrong.

As the only woman in a room full of men, I’ve struggled with imposter syndrome. I’ve often wondered, “what am I even doing here?”

And as a POC, I’ve dealt with the internal battle of wanting to do what’s best for my own career vs lifting up others from my culture. And realizing that sometimes my goals will conflict with one another.

My mentors and coaches have played a huge role in getting me through these obstacles - and helping me achieve more than I ever thought possible.
